Cut off Discs

Wings cutting discs are available in a a very wide product range in order to satisfy performance, lifespan and quality requirements of the abrasive product users and enterprises. 

They are available in diameters of 100 mm., 115 mm., 125 mm., 180 mm., 230 mm., 300 mm., 350 mm., 400 mm., 500 mm. and thicknesses such as 1.0 mm., 1.2 mm., 1.9 mm., 2.5 mm., 3.0 mm., 4.0 mm., 5.0 mm for portable handheld power cutting machines, portable handheld power grinding machines and stationary cutting benches.

Grinding Discs

Wings grinding and deburring discs are available in a wide range accroding to the needs of companies and grinding operators that process metal intensively as their main business.

They are available in diameters of 100 mm., 115 mm., 125 mm., 180 mm., 230 mm and thicknesses such as 6.4 mm., 8.0 mm., 10 mm for portable power grinding machines and angle grinding machines.

Wings grinding and deburring discs offer suitable solutions for sectors which demand higher material removal such as foundries and shipyards in addition to the standard products that are manufactured for grinding a great number of materials such as general purpose metal grinding processes, grinding of welding seams and welding burrs, grinding of cast materials, grinding of stainless steel ( inox ) and aluminum materials.

Organic bonded cup wheels

Wings organic bonded grinding cup wheels are manufactured with silicium carbide abrasive grains in flat and conical forms with aluminum bushing.

Grinding Wheels

Wings grinding discs are diversified to satisfy the surface grinding demands of various sectors fully and according to the characteristic properties of the material to be processed.

Wings grinding discs are manufactured using various abrasive grains such as aluminum oxide, siliciu carbide for grinding steels, high strength aluminum and bronze alloys, tool steels, special steels, hardened steels, soft metals such as aluminum, cast iron, glass, rock, marble and very hard materials such as tungsten carbide.

Wings grinding discs are manufactured and tested according to high quality and maximum safety requirements. They can be easily used in standard grinding machines.

Saw Sharpening Wheels

Wings saw sharpening wheels are made of Aluminium Oxide and Red Aluminium Oxide (EKR) grains for sharpening circular saw, belt saw and different types of saws. 

Wings saw sharpening wheels with C form are widely used in saw production and wood products industry to shape miscellaneous saws / to sharpen saw blades. While use of saw sharpening wheels with C form is widespread, different edge forms can be produced.

Tool Sharpening

Wings cup wheels are produced for various grinding and sharpening processes using Red and White Aluminium Oxide abrasive grains.  

Manufactured in flat and conical forms and in various grit sizes Wings cup wheels are safely preferred for maintenance, repair, sharpening and manufacturing processes of any kind of machinery parts, cutter tips, carbide tools. Suitable for dry grinding. High quality and long lasting. Does not cause burn on the workpiece.

Abrasive Belts

Wings endless belts can be produced in a wide range, width from 6mm to 2.350mm and length from 233mm to 14.000mm. Abrasive rolls can be produced in a wide range, width from 10mm to 1.650mm as jumbo roll width. Endless belt length is the total length in open form.

Jumbo products produced in 1.650mm width (and generally in 50 meters or 100 meters) are calculated in m2 (metersquares). Abrasive rolls are generally produced in 50 meters length and calculated in lm (linear meters).

Endless belts are calculated in quantities. Dimensions are given with length at  rst and width at second (Eg.: 610mmx100mm).

Flap Discs

Wings flap discs are offered in various types to meet different application needs. Flap discs are served with a total of 5 different types of Aluminum Oxide, Zirconium and Ceramic abrasives, from 36 grit to 120 grit, from 100mm diameter to 180mm diameter, with various density types on conical and flat fiberglass backings.

Wings flap discs are divided into 2 main groups; Comfort Line with cotton abrasive backing and Premium Line with Polycotton abrasive backing; also composed of 3 different density types; low, standard and high.

Fibre Discs

Fibre discs are offered in various types to meet different application needs. Fibre discs are served with a total of 7 different types of Silicium Carbide, Aluminum Oxide and Zirconium abrasives, generally from 24 grit to 120 grit, from 100mm diameter to 230mm diameter, with various types such as 4 slotted, 8 slotted, slitted, round hole and depressed center. 

Hook & Loop Discs

Wings hook&loop discs are offered in various types to meet different application needs. Hook&loop discs are served with a total of 10 different types of Silicium Carbide, Aluminum Oxide, Zirconium and Ceramic abrasives, generally from 24 grit to 400 grit, from 100mm diameter to 230mm diameter, with 8 different hole types.
